Color Harmonizer - Photoshop File

Things you do when you’re sick and can’t really work on anything else. Found one of my old color tinter/harmonizer files and felt like updating it.

Would mainly do this for planning out color palette but the colors would be a such different tones and saturation that they would clash badly so tossing them into this would help bring them together. It's not super perfect but gets the job I need it to do done.

This is a photoshop file, not sure if the layer effects and masks will work in other programs such as Clip Paint Studio.
